Application process
We believe in direct lines of communication. So we avoid unnecessary roundtables, assessment centers and the like.
After we receive your comprehensive application, we’ll review it and give you a response. If it’s positive, we will invite you to Alling for a personal chat. It is an opportunity to learn everything about you and introduce ourselves. If we’re both convinced that we want to work together, it’s on to the last step: signing a contract.
When you’re starting off at Meltem, you won’t be left to your own devices! We’ll put together an individual onboarding programme that suits your role and tasks. Besides teaching you the ropes of your new job, you’ll also learn everything about our company, how we tick and where to find the best pizza for lunch.
